![]() The attention and detail that we got from him was amazing! We were very, very pleased and impressed with him! I wish we had gotten his last night! The service he provided serve as an example of what all restaurants should train and inform their staff and employees in. We let him know we do have a frig in our room. As we were leaving and taking our food with us, the host who greeted us asked if we like to have a frig brought to our room and if so he could order one. That was great! We been to a lot of 5 stars and private dining clubs and restaurants in our travels and this is one place that outshines them all. our second visit we encountered a gentleman host in a suite and tie he greeted us with a warm smile, asked for our last night before being seated, informed our waitstaff and they too greeted and addressed us by our last name. The gentleman who brought our meal to the table did. The food was good, the service was fine, (the woman who waited on us did not smile). On our first day of arriving at the Lowes Hotel we had lunch in the Ashburn.
